Our composite Filter Media is used for filtering solids with particle size less than 10um and equipped with vertical filter
presses. The composite filter media takes the high-strength and low-elongation woven fabric as the base cloth, which
makes the fabric have good dimensional stability. The short fiber filter layer is implanted on both sides of the base cloth, enabling deep filtration and multi-layer filtration, which reduces the damage caused by tiny particles to the filter cloth and improves the filtration effect and service life.
After the calendering, the filter cloth surface forms a membrane with a consistent thickness, a dense structure, and uniform
pores, enabling surface fine filtration. The surface layer of short fibers is not subject to external pressure and contamination
of the filter material, maintaining cleanliness and elasticity, realizing multi-layer filtration. Furthermore, the smooth
surface is easy for the filter cake to release, facilitating cleaning, thus extending the fabric service life.
